I am a board certified family physician. I currently practice concierge medicine and am committed to being my patient’s best health advisor and advocate.

For the past 20 years, I have been educating others in medicine – teaching both my patients how to care for their own health and precepting students during their medical education. I love spending time in the ocean with my family. In my free time, I also teach classes in wilderness first aid and primitive survival.
